Location: Celsius' Office in Los Angeles, CA
Reports to: Brand Creative Lead (Rockstar)
As the Graphic Designer – Brand (ROCKSTAR® Energy) you’ll be a hands-on individual contributor responsible for executing high-quality visual design across packaging, digital campaigns, retail assets, and brand touchpoints. This is your opportunity to grow your design career within a fast-paced consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment, supporting a globally recognized energy drink brand rooted in action sports and music culture. You’ll bring strong executional design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate creative direction into compelling, brand-consistent visuals across print, digital, and in-store experiences. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Los Angeles, CA, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, copy, and production.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in graphic design within an agency or in-house creative team
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, and visual design work across multiple channels
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
Strong skills in layout design, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
Experience executing creative direction with precision and maintaining brand consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience working with production teams on print, digital, and retail-ready assets
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney) to support design workflows and concept development
Knowledge of current design trends, cultural aesthetics, and competitive brand landscapes
3D or CGI design experience is a plus
Execute packaging, campaign, and retail design assets in alignment with brand guidelines and creative direction
Develop layouts, mockups, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively
Create visual assets across print, digital, social media, and in-store marketing channels
Support concept development through mood boards, design exploration, and visual research
Assist with photoshoot preparation, including layout planning and creative asset development
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and customer-facing touchpoints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, copywriting, and project management to deliver integrated campaigns
Work with production partners to ensure all files meet technical specifications and quality standards
Participate in feedback cycles and iterate on designs based on stakeholder input
Stay up to date on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance creative output
