Chick-fil-A’s Content Design & Production (CD+P) team is a lean collective of creatives, designers, and publishers supporting a wide range of content development needs from across the business, specializing in training as well as internal communications and event collateral for Staff, Operators, and Team Members. We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Lead specializing in motion graphics who is artistic, hands-on, highly collaborative, and passionate about every aspect of the creative process from concept to completion.

Working closely with the Principal Creative Lead, design team, and content producers the Senior Design Lead serves a broad range of internal partners through the creation of world class design assets and high-end animations that engage audiences and elevate Chick-fil-A’s branded learning experiences and events. As a client-first, team focused, creative problem solver the Senior Design Lead will steward the Chick-fil-A brand ensuring all art, illustration, iconography, and other design elements are in alignment with brand and visual identity standards.
