About Dover

Dover is an all-in-one recruiting solution for startups. We’re 25 people and most recently raised a $20m Series A from top investors like Founders Fund and Tiger.

We recently launched a completely free Applicant Tracking System that was very well-received. We’re now looking for someone to help us scale Dover to be the most loved brand in startup recruiting.

About the Role

We are looking for a true leader in all aspects of growth, reporting directly to our CEO. This is an awesome opportunity to shape go-to-market and the marketing function at Dover.

You’ll be responsible for running all acquisition channels, creating and launching marketing campaigns, and developing insights into competitive positioning and customer philosophy.

You’re an ideal fit if:

  • You’re a former founder, or you’ve led growth at a product-led startup
  • You want to work closely with the CEO to shape user acquisition strategy
  • You get excited by running experiments and end-to-end campaigns
  • You’re a skilled, fast writer who wants to refine our brand voice and positioning
  • You have experience creating content and building audiences on LinkedIn and X/Twitter

Bonus points if:

  • You’re excited by managing multiple channels such as: website content, organic social, paid social, paid search, email, podcasts, referrals, affiliates, and partnerships
  • You’re experienced with Google Analytics and HubSpot
  • You have SEO experience
  • You have personally built a large audience
  • You have experience developing and running paid ads
