NinjaOne is looking for an eager, self-motivated, and hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist / Manager - in EMEA to lead marketing operations efforts in EMEA and help manage the systems, processes, data, and insights across the entire global marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this role will be critical for driving performance improvements and scaling the operational efficiency across our organization. Location - Berlin, Germany What You’ll Do

  • Support and manage the marketing technology ecosystem
  • Work closely with EMEA demand gen teams to create sophisticated email nurture streams in for prospects at different stages
  • Build and manage all list segmentation within Pardot for demand gen teams to utilize for email marketing across Europe
  • Ability to create processes for the unique needs of each region (ex. GDPR for EU residents)
  • Manage the Pardot SFDC integration, maintaining data quality within the database to ensure reliable business insights
  • Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead capture, lead distribution, campaign management, data enrichment, and sales outreach
  • Manage the integration and technical aspects of key systems (marketing automation, lead routing, sales email tools etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads and pipeline
  • Measure and provide insights on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
  • Audit and manage Pardot asset inventory such as forms, landing pages, emails/email components, and lists across different languages
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize team performance
  • Create and manage dashboards that allow the marketing team to effectively measure KPIs
  • Train and support colleagues to ensure best practices and internal processes are followed
About you
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing operations
  • Experience working in B2B software or technology
  • Self-motivated and scrappy - you know what needs to be done and you take initiative
  • Highly skilled in Salesforce (SFDC Certification preferred)
  • Highly proficient in marketing automation systems (like Pardot or Hubspot) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills - you have experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Experience working with sales email tools like SalesLoft or Outreach (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
  • Detail-oriented - testing and retesting is second nature to you
