We are looking for an allstar Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help companies improve employee health and financial wellness. Pasito’s data-driven technology guides employees to elect and use their benefits, delivering better health and financial outcomes and improving the business bottom line.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Y Combinator and Google-backed startup with room to grow quickly in your role. As our first BDR, you’ll work closely with our CGO and CEO and be responsible for all things related to generating inbound and outbound leads. Your most important role initially will be booking meetings with qualified prospective customers. You will become an expert in our CRM and sales automation tools. Your responsibilities will have a direct impact on the company’s overall revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book qualified enterprise sales meetings and opportunities
  • Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Maintain high email, social, and call outbound volumes
  • Execute strategic and timely follow-ups
  • Consistently achieve quota to ensure revenue and growth objectives
  • Help manage and maintain our CRM contacts and pipeline, and sales automation tools
  • Become an expert on all things Pasito (products, news, benefits, customers, and more)
  • Represent Pasito professionally and positively, often as the first point of contact in a customers journey
  • Track and deliver weekly and monthly sales outbound and meeting metrics

Qualifications:

  • A drive to deliver a big impact to employees and their families through better health and financial decisions
  • 1-2 years of experience generating inbound and outbound leads
  • Proven ability to exceed quotas and goals, ideally showing track record of internal promotion
  • Understand the value of following a disciplined sales process including proper tracking
  • The ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment to achieve set goals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Looking to take initiative and help build new processes, try new approaches, and be appreciated for incremental improvements to drive success
  • Exceptionally organised and detail oriented

Nice to have:

  • Experience working at an early-stage startup
  • First-hand experience working with and selling to HR and/or Finance departments
  • Experience with Hubspot and/or other sales automation tools
