About the Position

We are seeking a product manager to enhance the foundations of our global healthcare workforce product, positioning it as the preferred choice for global healthcare talent. Our product operates in a dynamic and evolving industry, serving both B2B and B2C customers in a two-sided market. In this role, you will tackle challenges on both sides and, as typical in startup life, wear multiple hats.

Reporting to our Head of Product, you will collaborate with a team of talented engineers, product designers, and operators to accelerate Flint growth.

Your responsibilities will encompass defining user experiences and strategic initiatives, providing clarity and focus to cross-functional teams, and prioritizing relevant use cases through user interviews and research. Here are some key highlights:

• Tackle high-level problems while delving into the details of their solutions.
• Work closely with a small team, enjoying a high degree of ownership and impact within the company.
• Deliver critical products for internal and external customers.
• Think strategically to establish the product vision and devise tactical plans to achieve it.
