• Assist in strategic planning: Work closely with the founders on strategic planning activities. Help analyze market data, competitive landscape, and industry trends to develop actionable insights. Learn how to work with a financial model of a real startup, how to develop and test growth strategies and how to allocate resources effectively to support the company\'s goals.
• Support business development efforts: Contribute to the business development efforts by researching potential clients, partners, and investors. Assist in creating pitch decks, conducting outreach, and coordinating meetings to foster new relationships and opportunities for Jobreel.
• Coordinate and attend networking events: Take part in networking events, industry conferences, and startup meetups on behalf of the startup. Actively engage with potential stakeholders, exchange contacts, and promote Jobreel\'s brand and offerings. This will help build valuable connections and increase visibility within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. You\'ll practice initiating conversations, exchanging contacts, and building meaningful relationships.
• Editorial support: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and overall highest level of quality of our listed job postings and content displayed on our platform. This will not only sharpen your attention to detail but also broaden your understanding of different fields, job requirements, and industry-specific trends.
• Marketing: Assist in managing the Jobreel’s social media presence by scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. It also includes creating and editing marketing materials - e.g. blog articles, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials. You will learn how to craft compelling messages, target specific audiences, and optimize marketing campaigns to attract new users and expand Jobreel\'s user base.
• Provide operational support: Support day-to-day operations of Jobreel by assisting in various tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing documents and reports, and providing general administrative support. This will help ensure smooth workflow and enable the founders to focus on core business activities.

🤓 That’s you

• Enrolled student or recent graduate
• First experience in and passionate about innovation, tech and startups
• Enthusiastic about learning and growing at Jobreel
• Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently
• English (fluent), German (ideally but optional)
• Valid working permit in Germany (or the EU)
