Your Impact

🖥️ Front-End Development

• Build and optimize React/Next.js-based Web3 applications (UniFi, staking, governance).
• Implement CosmJS to interact with CosmWasm smart contracts and IBC transactions.
• Ensure performance, security, and responsiveness for real-time blockchain interactions.

🔗 Blockchain & DeFi Integration

• Develop wallet connection flows (Keplr, Ledger, Leap Wallet).
• Optimize Cosmos IBC asset transfers, relayers, and liquidity flows.
• Integrate on-chain price feeds, liquidity pools, and order book execution.

🚀 Leadership & Adaptability

• Own problems end-to-end, balancing structured workflows with the ability to dive into the unknown when needed.
• Lead and mentor front-end engineers, ensuring code quality and best practices.
• Work closely with blockchain engineers, product leads, and designers to refine UX.
• Thrive in ambiguity—some days are methodical, others require deep problem-solving and quick pivots.
• Be flexible when urgency demands it—it’s rare, but when the stakes are high, we show up.

🛠️ Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years in React, Next.js, and TypeScript development.
• 3+ years of Web3 experience, focusing on Cosmos SDK or CosmWasm.
• Proficiency in CosmJS, contract queries, and wallet interactions.
• Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics: AMMs, staking, liquidity pools, order execution.
• Experience with Cosmos IBC, multi-chain interactions, and asset bridging.
• Security-first mindset for wallet connections and smart contract execution.
• Contributions to open-source Cosmos SDK or CosmWasm projects.
• Founder-style ownership mindset—you don’t wait for permission to solve problems.
• Ability to thrive in structure while being unafraid to break new ground when needed.

📈 Bonus Points

• Knowledge of Golang, Rust, or CosmWasm smart contracts.
• Experience building DeFi platform dashboards and analytics pages.
• Familiarity with AI-powered DeFi insights, automation, or predictive analytics.
