We’re looking for someone to run the day-to-day of Monarch’s personal and professional life, with deep involvement in CSGOEmpire’s operations, someone:

• Who’s a crypto/CSGO skin gambling expert, a highly capable generalist and an internet native who’s clinically obsessed with this space.
• With a track record of building/scaling cool things. You can take loose ideas and turn them into substance.
• With confidence, intelligence and high EQ. You can stay grounded, keeping the focus on the team, the mission and delivering results.
• Ready for a demanding live-in role with most time spent in and around Europe or the Middle East with occasional travel. You’ll need to be fully committed and immersed at all times.

Most of Monarch’s work output will happen through you.

You’ll run his day-to-day, managing projects and tasks spanning different levels of complexity, making sure it all gets done. Your goal is to guard his time and energy so that he can focus on what only he can or wants to do.

Most of your time will be spent in meetings/calls with Monarch/other team members, converting loose ideas into solid strategies that drive moves. And because Monarch’s communication can be abstract or blunt, you’ll often need to translate and clarify his ideas for the team.

The only way to get all the things done is by aggressively delegating, so you’ll build and lead your own team to keep things moving forward.
