Role Overview This is a fully remote position with occasional travel
requirements, reporting directly to the Business Development Lead and Product
Manager for firmware. The role involves hands-on technical work and customer
interaction to ensure the effective implementation and optimization of LuxOS.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting
assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met in a prompt and

Engage with Luxor's APIs to meet client-defined technical requirements.
