ABOUT THE COMPANY Swayable is a fast-growing, cloud analytics product that measures public opinion and the impact of messages and advertising content on it. It is a 30-person team backed by top technology and social impact investors, including Y Combinator. Founded in 2018 by two physics PhDs, it is led by the former Executive Director for Digital Strategy at the New York Times. Clients include major consumer-facing brands (Amazon, Airbnb, Square, Paramount Pictures), researchers (MIT, Yale, Stanford) and mission-aligned advocacy campaigns (including multiple Democratic Presidential candidates).

ABOUT THE ROLE Swayable is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Test & Research Operations Associate to manage Swayable creative impact tests. In this role, you will ensure that we deliver tests on-time and on-budget, while contributing ideas to improve our product.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee & execute Swayable research tests, including launching & tracking client experiments in the field, ensuring tests reach appropriate count and spend targets, and troubleshooting analysis problems if they arise Develop expertise on feasibility, supply, and acquisition, becoming the go-to person on the team for these topics Partner with Product and Design to advance the product and provide important client feedback Responsible for the following KPIs: % of tests closed within 24 hours, % of tests closed with no bugs, client satisfaction

WHAT YOU’RE LIKE Excellent attention to detail Excellent project management: able to self-manage, prioritize, and conduct cost-benefit analysis quickly. A love of operational excellence and an interest in problem-solving processes

A basic understanding of database & computer engineering concepts College degree in a STEM field Able to explain what an 80% confidence level means Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines

THE TEAM You will be joining the Client Success Team at Swayable, but this role is not expected to be client-facing. Overall, the team services as the primary interface between our clients and the product. We have a strong team culture with an emphasis on professional development. We have daily check-ins, weekly goal-setting, regular two-way feedback, and monthly retrospectives. Our team operates as a support network, where we regularly step in to help each other out.

LOCATION The Client Success team is entirely remote, with team members in Los Angeles, New York, Washington DC, Charlotte, and Chicago. We are looking for multiple team members for this role, ideally on the east and west coasts (including Hawaii or Alaska).
