The Mission We are building TechMiners ONE, the automated machinery for the next generation of M&A due diligence. We’re moving away from manual, static reporting toward a high-speed, agentic data platform. We aren't looking for someone to just "build an LLM wrapper." We need a Puppet Master of agentic tools. You are a senior engineer who views AI not just as a feature, but as a force multiplier for your own engineering output. What you’ll do

• Drive ONE forward: You’ll own core product features from the database to the React UI, ensuring every piece of the machinery is robust and reliable.
• Orchestrate at 10x: You actively use and chain agentic tools (Claude Code, Windsurf, Cursor) to move with a speed that makes traditional dev cycles look obsolete.
• Bridge the Gap: You’ll work as a peer to our CTOs, translating complex business requirements into elegant, automated technical solutions.
• Own the Stack: We work with Python/Django and React. You’ll ensure our architecture is scalable, secure, and ready for deep AI integration.

Who you are

• A Senior Builder: You have 5+ years of experience in production-grade environments. You know where Django shines and where it needs a steady hand.
• AI-Native: You are already living in the future of software development. You don't just "use Copilot"; you orchestrate AI agents to handle the heavy lifting while you focus on high-level architecture.
• Product-Minded: You care more about solving the user’s problem than writing "clever" code for the sake of it.
• Remote First: We are a remote-first team. You can work from anywhere in Germany, provided you have a valid German work permit and a primary residence here. If you’re in Berlin, you’ll have the best of both worlds. The freedom of remote work with the option to sync up in person when it matters most.
