Resulting in reducing DevOps engineering time and securing the policies by design, further minimizing technical debt in production.

👉Job description

The technical co-founder is responsible for productising the Slauth vision of simplifying and securing IAM in the cloud. A user-centric obsession is required to become the user's voice within the leadership. An engineering background is required to lead the engineering department into a product roadmap. The position requires internal leadership decision making and external communication representing the face of the company. As a founder, the role expands beyond departmental skills into supporting, enabling and leading the collective team.

⭐️ We’d love to talk to you if you have

• At least 3 years of engineering leadership experience as well as relevant hands-on experience
• Experience in an early stage startup that deployed a product/service in market (bonus if the company was in Cybersecurity)
• Experience balancing engineering and business objectives in order to validate PMF

🧩 Job responsibilities

• Managing and contributing to the execution of the product’s MVP production;
• Drawing up the project’s tech stack;
• Co-creating the product strategy;
• Managing and expanding the engineering team;
• Support leadership cross-functionally as part of the founding team
