Job Summary:

As the Product Manager for Gold Rewards, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and management of our Gold Rewards program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the program delivers exceptional value to our customers and meets our business objectives. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive innovation and growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute the product strategy for gold rewards and investment products, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and market needs.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for gold rewards and investment products, including market research, positioning, messaging, and launch plans to drive product adoption and growth.
Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements for gold rewards and investment products, create detailed product roadmaps, and oversee the product development lifecycle.
Customer Insights and Feedback: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback specific to gold rewards and investment products to understand needs, preferences, and pain points. Use these insights to inform product enhancements and new feature development.
Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor performance metrics for gold rewards and investment products, analyse data, and generate actionable insights to optimise product features, user experience, and overall performance.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on gold rewards and investment products, gather requirements, and provide regular updates on product status and performance.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all gold rewards and investment products comply with relevant regulations and manage associated risks effectively.


**Qualifications:**
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, specifically with gold-based financial products. Experience with recognized companies is a must.
Go-to-Market Expertise: Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and driving product-led growth.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into effective product solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
