⭐️ We seek a results-driven Technical Account Executive with a robust **technical background **to join our thriving, fully remote team. Your primary focus will involve engaging directly with technical decision-makers, such as Products, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering.

Functions:

  • Understand customers’ needs and envision what a white glove solution could look like.
  • Find the lead’s pain points and propose custom solutions while demonstrating ROI and long-term strategic value
  • Maintain accurate CRM data: anyone could understand what the status and progress is based on your CRM notes
  • Work directly with product teams to own customer feedback and ensure it reaches the wider NewsCatcher team.
  • Independently handle customer meetings. You won’t be taking someone with you to every customer meeting - it’ll normally be you and the customer. Occasionally, you might bring a product engineer with you.
  • Qualify interested leads and manage the full sales cycle to close customers.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B SaaS as a Technical Account Executive or experience working in a software engineer-like role
  • Proven track record of successfully selling to enterprise clients, generating New ARR of $1,000,000/year (if you have AE-like experience)
  • Strong technical background, especially in working with unstructured text data (e.g., bm25, sparse vs dense vectors, LLMs, and NER).
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical information for both technical and non-technical clients
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience as a sales engineer, solutions engineer, or forward deployed engineer.
  • Familiarity with tools like REST API & Postman for demos.
  • Understanding of LLM, RAG, and Embeddings.
