The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with.This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.

Responsibilities

  • Email support ownership and eventually ramp to other channels of support (phone, in-person meetings)
  • 2nd chair in strategic investor meetings
  • Facilitate stakeholder feedback loop (internal <> internal; internal <> external)
  • Owner profitability analysis; data gathering, handling, and storage; meeting prep creation (Renewals, profitability calls)
  • Ensure the day-to-day operational success of CS-led cross-functional initiatives by reinforcing strategy and accountability standards

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant Customer facing experience
  • Relationship-Building Skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Problem-Solving / Analytical Acumen
  • (Preferred) Familiarity or experience with financial modeling and analysis
  • (Nice to have) Real estate investment or property management exposure
