Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Technical Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our DeFi products. As our first Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company and driving the adoption of our platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong software engineering background, a deep appreciation for UX and product design, extensive experience as an avid crypto user, particularly in DeFi, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our DeFi offerings, aligning with our company's vision and goals.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our DeFi products.
• Leverage your technical expertise to guide the development of robust, secure, and scalable DeFi solutions.
• Work closely with software engineers to prioritize features, review technical designs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Conduct thorough testing and QA to guarantee that the user experience is flawless and the product is technically sound.
• Identify and address user pain points and friction in the product experience, drawing from your own DeFi user experience and user feedback.
• Gather and analyze user metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
• Develop and maintain product requirements documentation, technical specifications, and user stories.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and protocols in the DeFi space, and incorporate relevant insights into product planning.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and customer-centricity within the product team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on technical products, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry.
• Proven software engineering background, with hands-on experience in developing complex systems.
• Extensive experience as an avid crypto user, with a deep understanding of DeFi protocols, market dynamics, and user needs.
• Passion for UX and product design, with a keen eye for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, software engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and product vision clearly.
• Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Genuine passion for the DeFi space and a drive to revolutionize the financial industry through decentralized technologies.
