About the role

Reel Unlimited is looking for talented and motivated Graphic Designers to join our design team and get flat daily pay to create incredible designs for our clients. As a freelance position, you will be compensated based on the number of design projects you deliver.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Design a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with design tools and software like Figma, Illustrators, and Photoshop.

• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with project manager, clients, and colleagues to deliver high-quality designs on a short delay, usually a maximum of 24 hours per project.

• Produce drafts and make revisions based on the feedback received.

How it works: 

• Once accepted into our network, you get daily notifications about graphic design orders matching your skills.

• You will have access to our dashboard to review project details, including deadlines, and will also have access to a private Slack channel for communication and collaboration with clients.

The minimum requirements for this position include the following:

• 2 years of experience in graphic design.

• Proficient in Figma, the Adobe Creative Suite (Ai, PS, and Indd), and Canva.

• Good English communication, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly.

• Respect the average project turnaround of 24 hours per order.

• Deliver a minimum of 3-5 orders per day, with the ability to take on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Remote, freelance position with the freedom to choose when and where you work.

• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.

• Good interpersonal skills and client-handling experience.

• Team player with a sense of humor.
