About The Role

We're seeking a  Head of Sales  for North America to join us on our mission to build a borderless world. Reporting directly to our CRO, you'll play a key role in scaling our sales team by acquiring new logos across the US and Canada markets to further accelerate our revenue growth. You'll be responsible for the North American market, manage the US team, hire new team members, optimize and automate sales processes, drive and sustain high conversion rates, and aim to achieve growth in the new market. Your key responsibility will be to drive our revenue growth, whilst building up a high-performance sales organization and team. 

You will:

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base, and extends our global reach.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and objectives, while identifying improvement areas, to push our revenue to the next level.
  • Recruit and manage the sales team across North America, host regular 1:1s to share feedback, and develop personal development plans for each team member.
  • Conduct quality control during each step of the outbound process and collaborate with the team to identify areas of improvement.
  • Build a tracking system to forecast revenue and analyze the health of our pipeline and conversions.
  • Drive significant growth across the US and Canada markets, and manage larger clients and contract negotiations until handover to account management.
  • Shape our sales strategy to further improve the performance of the team.
  • Partner with Marketing to iteratively improve our GTM strategy for North America.
  • Participate in the preparation and definition of the long-term sales plan, the sales forecast, and propose solutions based on customer feedback. 

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience in a senior sales position selling B2B software products across the market in North America, and a track record of stellar conversion rates.
  • Have launched new markets and developed GTM strategies across North America.
  • Build and scale repeatable sales processes, and set up winning Salesforce structures.
  • Are proficient in B2B Sales KPIs and use these to steer your team to success.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Draw on your empathic people skills to sell to HR, and develop unique sales strategies for different customer groups.
  • Have demonstrated experience closing 6 figure-deals with Enterprise clients within the HR Tech space, including knowledge of procurement processes, and data security assessments.
  • Possess strong proficiency with market-leading sales tools & CRMs.
  • Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in English.
