We were part of YC S22 and have secured over $5M in seed funding to scale tranch in both the US and UK. We have signed partnerships with global SaaS and service providers; including the addition of tranch checkouts for millions of dollars of legal invoices.

About the role

We are looking for a top-tier Credit Risk Analyst (m/f/d) to join the team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Credit Risk. The Credit Risk Analyst will:

• Be comfortable with a modern approach to credit risk assessment
• Be able to manage the expectations of stakeholders alongside prioritising workloads
• Embrace uncertainty in a changing and ambiguous environment

What You Will Do

• Assess the creditworthiness of businesses using our products whilst using a range of modern data sources (including banking data)
• Perform periodic reviews of customers and make recommendations
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers (both verbal and written)
• Support in the testing and innovating of tranch’s credit decision engine
• Support in management of customers through the lifecycle

Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of industry-relevant experience
• You have a proven ability to exercise good commercial and professional judgement
• You have high attention to detail
• You are comfortable working with and finding insights from new data sources
• You are able to explain your assessments and decisions clearly and confidently
• You have experience applying credit policies
• You are commercially focused and able to balance risk and reward
• You are a self-starter and comfortable in a remote environment
• You are ideally based on the East Coast of the US. (Eastern Time (ET) Zone)
