Germany is one of our most important and operationally complex markets. As a Working Student in Operations, you'll be part of our growing German team, working closely with our Ops Lead and HQ; getting hands-on experience in logistics, operations, and startup life from day one. Location: Berlin (on-site) Hours: ~20 hours/week Who we are We're building Europe's fastest used car delivery network — connecting freelance drivers with car buyers to enable 2-day delivery, compared to the industry standard of 7–20 days. Think Uber, but for vehicle logistics. We're backed by top Nordic investors and the founders/operators of Wolt & Swappie, and we're scaling fast across Europe. Our journey so far

• H1 2024 — First customers, validated idea, launched Germany–Finland and Sweden–Finland routes
• H2 2024 — Reached €150k monthly revenue, closed a €920k pre-seed round
• H1 2025 — Launched Denmark, built driver pools in Sweden & Denmark, monthly revenue €400k
• H2 2025 — Built country team in Denmark, first hires in Germany, closed €5M round

• Support daily transport operations in Germany — coordinate deliveries and monitor execution quality
• Communicate directly with drivers and customers
• Solve real-time operational problems — no two days are the same
• Work closely with our Operations Lead and the central operations team
• Help improve processes, strategy, workflows, and tools
• Support driver onboarding and network building

• Real startup experience with responsibility from day 1
• A deep understanding of logistics operations and how a Europe-wide delivery network works
• Hands-on experience in customer and partner communication
• Exposure to scaling, process building, and team building at a company that's growing fast
• A steep learning curve and the opportunity to join full-time after your studies

• Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Native or near-native German (min. C1) and fluent English
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
• Interest in startups and fast-paced environments (interest in logistics considered a plus)
• Motivation to learn, grow, and take on responsibility – no specific experience needed

• Compensation: €15-18/hour (depending on experience)
