The Role

We're seeking a versatile DevOps Engineer with Python language skills, to help scale our infrastructure and operations. This is a "wear many hats" position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, distributed environment and enjoys building systems that grow with the business.

What You'll Do

*Maintain and Evolve existing AWS infrastructure for Production and Development Environments.

*Develop Automation and Purpose specific applications and Integrations.

*Assist with and eventually lead the provisioning system and software release process.

*Develop internal tools for employees and partners using our stack (Python, FastAPI, nicegui, PostgreSQL, Vue.js, NiceGUI, Ansible, among other tools).

*Manage security policies and help with customer security compliance.

*Support our remote-first culture through robust, reliable systems.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

*Strong experience in Python development (Libraries, and Services, not just Backend API)

*Experience delivering Python Modules across different environments.

*Strong experience with AWS infrastructure management, configuration, deployment and monitoring.

*Capacity of identifying problems and proposing solutions.

*Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

*Excellent async communication skills and self-management.

*Experience building scalable systems from the ground up.

*Comfortable with security best practices and compliance requirements.

*Adaptability to wear multiple hats and tackle diverse challenges.

*We release often, including the weekend. You must be available to work then.

What you will need

*AWS Dashboard (and CLI) experience

*Python language experience

*Linux environment experience

*(Nice to have) Salesforce Admin/Dev Experience
