Our initial focus is on private market investors, who often deal with unstructured data buried within their tools. Our long-term goal is to develop autonomous agents from this data, streamlining daily tasks and putting people’s workdays on autopilot.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive AI-powered interfaces: Create user-friendly designs that effectively integrate LLM features into Lynq.

• Set design standards: Develop and maintain guidelines to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to ensure designs align with product functionality.

• Conduct user research: Collect feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability.

• Mentor junior designers: Provide guidance and support to help the design team grow and improve.
