About Triomics

We are developing software to accelerate and improve the process of bringing life-saving drugs, vaccines, and medical devices to market by easing the burden on healthcare organizations where the clinical trials are conducted. Our solution involves leveraging an unique NLP-based data transformation engine to extract and utilize data from health-IT systems such as EHRs/EMRs at hospitals to automate several crucial steps involved in the clinical research/trial processes for hospitals. It's an exciting time for us given the recent advancements in healthcare interoperability. Our team is led by young, highly-optimistic founders who are former MIT and Adobe researchers, bringing a wealth of complementary expertise to the table. Since our founding two years ago, we've secured over $14 million in venture capital from investors like Lightspeed, Nexus, Y Combinator, and General Catalyst. In 2022 alone, we've grown our revenue by 8x, which is a testament to the effectiveness of our approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) development and implementation:

a. Work closely with the CEO to develop and set organization-wide OKRs.

b. Ensure implementation of OKRs across all verticals.

c. Monitor progress and adjust as necessary to meet goals.

  1. Advisor and consultant relationship management:

a. Maintain positive relationships with advisors and consultants.

b. Maximize the benefits of their engagement, such as hospital/pharma introductions and strategy development.

  1. Report and documentation creation:

a. Create clear and concise reports, documentation and presentations such as GTM motion for 2023, Site Partnership Deck, etc.

b. Ensure they meet internal and external requirements.

c. Continuously improve the format and content to meet the needs of different stakeholders.

  1. Strategic initiatives and partnerships development:

a. Identify and develop new strategic initiatives and partnerships.

b. Build best practices for business and operations to improve execution.

Market and competitor research:

a. Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends.

b. Engage with potential users at hospitals to gather valuable insights.

c. Develop action plans based on research findings.

d. Translate recommendations into tangible results.
