Are you the one?

As a Graphic & Digital Designer at Nethermind, you will be a crucial member of the Marketing department, supporting our marketing strategies in the APAC region by creating visually compelling, culturally relevant, and engaging design work that resonates with the target audience. This role will collaborate closely with the APAC Marketing Manager and report to our Graphic & Digital Design Lead to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all marketing channels in the APAC region.

You will actively protect and maintain the Brand Guidelines to ensure brand identity across all channels. Working with existing templates and brand assets, you will aid in the creation of content across various marketing materials, such as social media ads, sales collateral, event merchandise, and more. This role will play an important part in building strong brand recognition for Nethermind in the APAC region.

We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic about AI and its possibilities for design, brand creation, and management. As you may not overlap significantly with our existing designer, it’s essential that you are self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Create localized designs that are tailored to the cultural nuances and preferences of the APAC audience. These will include social media graphics, campaigns, infographics, offline collateral such as merchandise and printing designs, animation and video editing.
  • Create brand awareness and recognition strategies, including ideas exploration and generation of new and attractive content for our audience.
  • Collaborate closely with our content creators and create original graphic content to support social media announcements and blog articles.
  • Generate creative concepts and direction for new marketing campaigns.

The must-haves

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in design is required.
  • Experience designing assets for Crypto, B2B, or Financial products
  • The ability to work on several projects to a high standard at the same time.
  • Excited by working with AI to automate and augment design processes and output.
  • Fluency in Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Proficiency in typography, UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense.
  • Ability to conceptualize and design assets like icons, social media graphics, GIFs, infographics, banners.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX Design.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
