We have found a website that we like and would like a designer and web developer that can create a website, not only design but also build the website in HTML, not a template and can NOT be a clone, it needs to be built from scratch. We need our website to look EXACTLY like the website we have found.

We need you to create the site to look identical to the website we have foubd, we then have HTML experience to finish the website ourselves, changing images and content to fit with our company. We simply want the exact same design but we will make the changes to create the site for our company.
