Arini is building the single platform to run all healthcare operations.
Healthcare has spent the last decade consolidating under large enterprises, but operations are still fragmented, manual, and expensive. A large group runs dozens of disconnected systems for scheduling, billing, insurance, accounts payable, and reporting, with people moving data between them by phone, fax, and spreadsheet.
Outpatient healthcare is a $650 billion market, and almost every dollar of it still runs on manual work. Consolidators bought thousands of clinics on the promise that scale would expand margins and lift their EBITDA multiple. Scale alone has not delivered it. Automation is now the only way to hit the numbers they promised investors, and Arini is how they get there.
We partner with some of the largest healthcare enterprises in the country, covering thousands of clinics and billions of dollars in annual revenue. We ship the systems that run their operations end to end, and the best of that work becomes the platform that scales across enterprises.
When operations run themselves, patients feel it: calls answered on the first ring, appointments booked in seconds, insurance sorted before they walk in, and clinicians who spend their day on care instead of paperwork. That is what we are building, for every clinic in the country.
We are backed by Y Combinator (W24) and on track to grow more than tenfold in 2026.
Everyone at Arini ships code, including operators, growth, and customer leads. Our founders, Rami and Abdul, have worked together for over a decade. Rami studied computer science at MIT, Abdul at Harvard.
Everyone carries more than one job, and nobody has time for work that does not matter. If AI can do it, a person should not be doing it. We move extremely fast, take extreme ownership.
You will embed with the largest healthcare enterprises in North America. You sit with their operations and leadership, find the problems that cost them the most, and ship production systems that solve them.
This role needs a particular kind of engineer who is strong enough to build the system yourself, excited to own the customer relationship around it, and sharp enough to separate signal from noise on what actually matters. You will present to CEOs, VPs, and boards at some of the largest healthcare enterprises in the country, and you will be the person they call when something matters.
