Senior React Web Developer (Contract)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced React Web Developer who is proficient in Firebase, Postman for API testing, and Tailwind CSS. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of Figma to implement designs accurately. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and performant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js.

- Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX designs from Figma.

- Utilize Tailwind CSS to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

- Integrate and manage backend services using Firebase.

- Test and debug APIs using Postman to ensure seamless functionality.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web application performance and functionality.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a React Web Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.

- Experience with Firebase for backend services and real-time database management.

- Proficiency in using Postman for API testing and debugging.

- Solid understanding of Tailwind CSS for styling and responsive design.

- Ability to interpret and implement designs from Figma.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Availability to work on an hourly contract basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries.

- Knowledge of additional backend technologies and databases.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
