We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Designer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and user-centric designs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the web design process from concept to completion, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, client, designers, and marketing to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies to organize page flow.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience leading and mentoring design teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce and portfolio designs.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
