We’re a high-performing team looking for passionate, execution-focused self-starters to help us build equity management tools for founders. Pulley is growing quickly with over 1600 customers, including unicorns like Clubhouse, Birdies, and Coda - all within our first year of product launch. Our trajectory is fueled by top investors like Founder's Fund, Stripe, General Catalyst, Caffeinated Capital, 8vc, Elad Gil, among other great angels. Our growth has been organic, and we’re growing the team to meet the demand.

🌟 Who We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through various online and offline marketing channels.

🛠 Responsibilities

Develop and implement Pulley’s paid marketing strategy

Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution

Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels

Help develop and deliver a consistent brand across all paid channels

🙌 Qualifications & Fit

Demonstrable experience in marketing, with the potential and attitude required to learn

Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets

A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
