Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Growth to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of growth hacking techniques, data analysis, and customer lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user base and revenue.
  • Identify and optimize key growth metrics across the customer lifecycle.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to inform marketing and product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to align growth initiatives.
  • Implement and manage customer acquisition campaigns across various channels.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of growth strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging growth strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the tech or mobile industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Experience with growth hacking techniques and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
