• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and core API using Python and FastAPI.
• Build and maintain robust and high-performance APIs to support our innovative SaaS platform.
• Implement ETL processes for efficient data integration and management.
• Leverage NoSQL databases for data modeling, administration, scaling, and optimization.
• Integrate AI-powered coding tools, continuous integration, and continuous improvement philosophies.
• Participate in paired programming sessions, providing feedback and mentorship.
• Establish best practices, documentation, and guidelines for robust and well-tested code.
• 200-210k base salary plus bonus, equity, benefits

Requirements

• 8+ years professional Python backend development experience.
• Expertise in architecting and optimizing backend services.
• Strong experience with NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data management.
• Experience with continuous integration/deployment.
• Comfortable using AI-powered coding tools and established libraries.
• Strong understanding of software best practices and principles.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
