We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to join our team as the Account Executive Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing the AE team, and spearheading efforts to expand our presence within the software engineering community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling to software engineering audiences, particularly engineering leaders, and will possess strong leadership and people management skills.


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive results and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering leaders and decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and positioning.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the sales organization, including implementing best practices, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, pipeline metrics, and forecasts to senior leadership.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an account executive manager role, with a focus on selling to software engineering audiences.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
