About Pure 🪙 :

Pure is the first marketplace for rare coins and precious metals. We created a real-time exchange for banks, market makers, dealers, and collectors to trade over 1500+ different products made of precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. The nature of the business is fast, with volume flowing in and out of depositories every day. Pure helps facilitate those transactions and builds a liquidity layer for these market participants.

Pure currently processes over $4.5m worth of volume per month, and has been exponentially growing month-over-month.

The Role:

We are looking for someone who is experienced in marketplaces and exchanges to help with customer onboarding, sourcing new leads for pro-traders/customers, and working on retaining these customers to create more volume and activity.

This role is generally in-person, but will need to travel at times to close deals and help our customers. You need to have a technical understanding of how the product works and how to close different segments of customers.

What you’ll work on:

  • Work with the CEO for end-to-end sales/trading process for potential partnerships, including outbound leads, demoing, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Create a deal-flow pipeline to be able to have active customers close at all times consistently.
  • Understand the precious metals market and data trends to build leads and manage order books.
  • Basic accounting knowledge for accounts payable/receivable for open accounts.
  • Crafty ideas to bring awareness and new customer segments.
  • Convert customers by executing transactions both in-person and online.


  • Experience 2-4 years of quota carrying, and account executive experience.
  • Hold yourself accountable for producing your own deals, customer leads, and retention.
  • Understand market fluctuation and be able to adapt to the two-way sales cycle.
  • Previous startup/company experience
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience working at a marketplace or precious metals company.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup
  • Prior experience working with B2B2C / B2B2B products
