Our Customer Success team is acquiring, developing and taking care of our supply, the PaulCamper fleet in Germany and Austria (that's why we require German language skills on a native speaker level!). They assist and advise RV owners to be successful and market their RVs the way they want. Through guidance and education, they ensure that all camper van owners are confident and prepared to deliver great experiences via our platform. Your mission:
- Main contact person for specific fleet groups (such as commercial owners or key accounts) via phone and email
- Manage fleet controlling with defined KPIs within your fleet group
- Improve existing or develop new approaches to automate repetitive tasks to educate and empower our RV owners to succeed
- Development of process improvements through data-driven user testing
- Close cross-team collaboration with our product department to improve the customer experience for our supply by providing constant feedback from the market
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of practical work experience in Account Management or similar areas
- High level of customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills via phone and email
- Passion for building new processes and finding new ways of achieving goals
- Fluent German skills (oral and writing), good English, other European languages (esp. Spanish!) are a plus
- Availability full-time or part-time (or flexible as we are a seasonal business)
- Reliable team player with a healthy feedback culture, pragmatic mindset and a sense of humor
