About Elto

Elto is the AI phone-call company. Our two main offerings, Elto Dialer (eltodialer.com) and Elto AI (elto.ai), have facilitated millions of phone calls, empowering sales teams and helping phone-heavy industries optimize tedious workflows with AI. 

Elto Dialer (eltodialer.com) is a next-gen parallel dialing platform for salespeople. Powered by in-house AI, Elto Dialer dials multiple numbers concurrently and detects humans instantly, typically within 200-800ms, and has helped hundreds of salespeople beat their quota consistently. Despite competing in a crowded space, Elto’s competitive product and proprietary human detection have fueled an 80%+ win rate against large incumbents, and we’re looking for a GTM lead to increase our market share.

We’re profitable and have grown our revenue 5x so far this year with just two team members (the founders). We’re ready to bring on a new team member to bring our growth to the next level and tackle a gigantic market. 

We’re backed by Global Founders Capital, Soma Capital, Freeflow Capital, and Y Combinator (S21), as well as a slew of incredible angels, including first checks into companies like Robinhood and Amplitude.

What will you do?

As our GTM lead and first hire, you’ll own funnel creation for Elto Dialer through an SDR/social-selling role. We’ve gotten heavy growth through organic inbound alone ($0 invested in sales or marketing), so you’ll work with us on building the sales and organic marketing pipeline for a large-market product with strong market pull.

While (as one of our first team members) you might dip your toes in a bit of everything, you’ll primarily focus on:

  • Generating qualified leads through outbound and social selling on Linkedin
  • Engaging prospective customers via cold calls/emails, with some warm calls/emails
  • Managing sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Apollo

What you should have

  • 1+ years of sales outbound cold-calling experience (or other qualified sales experience)
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Prior experience at a B2B sales tech company is a bonus (but not required!)

This is a contract-to-hire role. We’ll start out with a one-month (compensated) engagement to make sure we’re a mutual fit, then progress to a full-time role from there.
