We are currently looking for an experienced, proactive, and dedicated Customer Success Lead to join our team. This remote position gives you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. As a Customer Success Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes, driving customer satisfaction, and promoting long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute tailored customer success strategies to maximize client satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Onboard new customers, providing training and guidance to help them get the most out of the Unlayer platform.
- Proactively identify potential issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients, monitoring their progress and identifying opportunities for upselling or expansion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, addressing any concerns or queries and providing expert product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Unlayer platform, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer support role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding customer success KPIs and targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and establish trust.
- Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, such as Salesforce, Intercom or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with content creation platforms, email marketing, and digital marketing is highly desirable.
- Capacity to think strategically and to lead.
