Arketa’s on a mission to increase access to wellness around the world. We have built a modern software that makes it easy for wellness studios to share their love of movement with the world.

Unlike other software, Arketa is an all-in-one platform that studios can use to book in person classes, offer livestream classes, on-demand video libraries, sell physical products, organize teacher trainings & retreats, and much more. We build beautiful branded apps and websites so studios can be accessible everywhere with a unified brand showcased in the digital world.

It's a pivotal time for Arketa – COVID created a new market for hybrid wellness solutions, and we are focused on supporting more and more fitness studios with our best in class booking software.

We are YC graduates, and just raised our latest round of funding led by First Round Capital. We’re grateful to get to work with some of the best investors in Silicon Valley and we’re growing fast. We’re a remote team, and we’re looking for people who want to inspire and empower a healthier world.

Who You Are:

If you have at least one year of daily cold calling experience and are looking to move quickly into an AE role, please apply.

We need 3 smart, resourceful, and coachable high achievers to help us take our outbound program from “Hey, this works!” to “We know exactly what it takes to drive $X in pipeline.”

You’ll spend 6-12 months developing pipeline for our head of sales and some AEs in the seat, help us iterate and document best practices, then earn a spot on the SMB AE team as we hire more junior SDRs behind you.

You’ll focus on small and mid-sized studio businesses. You will need to excel at outbound sales efforts and track your pipeline meticulously. Strong organization & communication skills are key, as you will be the first face of arketa to prospective customers.

Teamwork skills are extremely important. All three Senior SDRs are going to work closely with each other and the Head of Sales to nail the rest of the outbound playbook. The goal is to be able to train somebody with no experience to get almost the same results. The faster we get there, the faster you get promoted!


  • 1+ years of cold calling experience with a preference for SMB SaaS.
  • Ideally experience selling to restaurants, fitness studios, or other small businesses
  • Ability to prioritize multiple emails, phone calls, social media and more
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and highly collaborative team environment.
  • You have demonstrated a track record of exceeding quotas & selling success.
  • You are a strong written and verbal communicator.
  • You are passionate about our overall mission and how arketa can help our customers
  • You are scrappy, resourceful and a creative problem solver when discovering the business needs of your customer and understanding how arketa plugs into the bigger picture.
  • You know how, or will learn prior to starting, how to use Hubspot to track & forecast sales pipeline
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Position does not provide sponsorship)
