Role Description: The Research Analyst at RabbitHole plays a pivotal role in bridging the company's mission with the broader crypto community and governance landscape. This individual will be our spearhead in understanding and navigating governance-related concerns, representing our interests and those of our community stakeholders. By synthesizing complex onchain data, crafting compelling content, and actively participating in community dialogues, the Research Analyst will not only interpret the crypto pulse but also influence its beat. Furthermore, this role extends into business development and marketing, ensuring our company's voice, vision, and values resonate both within and outside our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Publish Research: Draft and disseminate high-quality content about our ongoing projects. This content will be published on our blog, Twitter, and discourse forums.

• Data Analysis: Develop Dune dashboards to showcase results from quests and evaluate the effectiveness of our grants.

• Governance Participation: Actively take part in governance on behalf of RabbitHole, attending community calls, and engaging in discourse forums.

• Delegation: Serve as a delegate on behalf of various protocols and networks. Uphold the interests of community stakeholders who prioritize pragmatism, data-driven results, and long-term viability.

• Community Building: Distill and share insights learned from the team with other quest creators in the community to help them optimize their quests & make them more successful

• Market Trends: Stay current with the latest developments in the crypto sector and disseminate pertinent information to the team.

Required Qualities:

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Outstanding presentation abilities.

• Adept at discerning valuable information amidst distractions.

• Proficiency with crypto data tools such as Dune Analytics, Flipside, or Nansen.

• An active onchain user

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a crypto analyst within a crypto research institution or in investment banking.

• Active participation in governance forums, either as a delegate or community member.

• A palpable passion for crypto; someone who truly understands and appreciates its potential.

• Proven experience in crafting long-form content about crypto and successfully publishing it.
