Denver Beer Co is looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and translate them into creative visual representations in both print and digital media for 2 brands and taprooms. Design is an essential component of the Denver Beer Co. and Cerveceria Colorado brands. Success in this role requires a thorough understanding of CPG branding and marketing and the ability to deliver timely, innovative designs that engage and inspire. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related creative field. 

• 4+ years of design experience working within an agency or for a brand

• Prior CPG experience a PLUS!

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Working knowledge of wordpress and content management systems

• Prior experience with hospitality, food & beverage and/or beer industry a PLUS!

• Craft beer geekiness is a PLUS!

• Prior experience with Google Suite, Constant Contact, and project management software 

• Photography & Video Experience a PLUS!

• Strong communication, time management and analytical skills

• Collaborative team player who can effectively give and receive feedback

WHAT YOU’LL DO? 

• Coordinate and collaborate with the marketing, sales, and hospitality teams to create and deliver brand assets to support go to market campaigns, translating strategic direction into high-quality design

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals

• Develop, direct, and/or curate all creative and design elements for Denver Beer Company and Cerveceria Colorado, including but not limited to: 

• Brand development

• Promotional materials and menus

• Web layout and design

• Print and digital advertisements

• Packaging and merchandise design

• Project and client management (from Inception to Completion)

• Photo & video content creation & editing
