Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in electric vehicle / automotive manufacturing
• Direct management experience in electric vehicle or smartphone production, assembly, factory management, and supply-chain
• Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in the automotive or related industries. Familiarity with modular production systems is advantageous.
• Sense of Aesthetics: An appreciation for timeless design and an understanding of how it integrates with modular production processes.
• Collaborative Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and functions.
• Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial management and budgeting, emphasizing cost control and efficiency.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically, set clear objectives, and execute plans to achieve production goals.
• Strong execution and project management skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced & demanding environment
• Ability to travel and drive.

Responsibilities:

• Production Execution: Execute a production methodology that aligns with Olympian Motors' mission of modular EV innovation and sustainability.
• Operational Excellence: Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to optimize efficiency and resource utilization in our production process.
• Scaling Production: Plan and oversee the expansion of our modular EV production facilities to meet increasing demand, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and processes
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control systems to ensure our vehicles meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
• Supply Chain Management: Collaborate closely with our supply chain team to manage the flow of materials, components, and equipment needed for production. Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Cost Control: Develop and manage production budgets, seeking opportunities to optimize costs without compromising product quality.
