We’re hiring for a Project Manager who will report directly to the COO and be responsible for the daily planning of our painting business including support across both our HQ operations and painting crews. This role is located in Charlotte, NC.
What You’ll Do:
- Create project plans for every job with detailed instructions on execution
- Schedule crews based on skill set and demand
- Work closely with our engineering team on automating processes for our crews
- Regularly communicate updates with our customers
- Support planning for regional expansion
- Partner with our growth team for demand planning
- Other projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Lean Six Sigma and PMP certification
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Must have experience at a fast-growing startup
- Must be resilient, scrappy, resourceful, and good at problem solving
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive mindset
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment that’s constantly changing
