About the position

As marketing lead at Reshape, you’ll work with everything from strategy to daily activities and implementation on a wide range of marketing activities. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and product to understand our customers and the problems we’re trying to help them solve. You’ll create collateral and materials and execute directly on projects that enable the sales team and grow our presence.

You’ll be joining a company with a steep growth trajectory and be taking responsibility for supporting that growth with a strong marketing function.

The role will entail:

  • Defining and executing on marketing projects
  • Preparation of marketing material and sales collateral
  • Performing market research, segmentation and defining ideal customer profiles
  • Creating awareness and trust around Reshape Biotech through various channels
  • Working with and managing external service providers as necessary
  • Define, collect and utilize metrics to optimize and evaluate efforts across sales and marketing

An ideal candidate might:

  • Be passionate about storytelling and selling both the vision and the product
  • Have an interest in biotech and want to help advance the pace of research and development in the field
  • Be an effective content creator with experience in graphical design and copywriting and ideally have experience with photography/video production
  • Be capable of planning and executing on a broad range of marketing activities in a structured fashion
  • Be creative with good taste and be able to work independently, quickly and iteratively
  • Have 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role

Proficiency in english both written and spoken is required. Danish is a plus

Having a technical background from life sciences can be a plus, but not required

The job is on-site in Copenhagen
