We're looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us book demos and generate new business. This is a critical role as one of our first sales hires, where you'll have a direct impact on our growth and success.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads.
  • Book Demos: Schedule and manage demo appointments, ensuring potential customers understand the value Fiber brings to their development processes.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the CEO to refine and execute sales strategies.
  • Market Understanding: Keep up with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and the needs of developers to effectively communicate Fiber’s value proposition.

📈 Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in a sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Communication: Strong skills in presenting and negotiating with potential customers.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing situations.

🚀 Bonus Points

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Previous technical sales experience.
  • Familiarity with the developer ecosystem and API products.
