We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant's operations and provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant activities, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness are maintained.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor and manage restaurant inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and ingredients are available.
Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their performance and development.
Address staff issues, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and professional manner.
Ensure exceptional customer service by leading by example and fostering a customer-centric culture among staff.
Interact with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, including expenses, revenue, and profitability.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review.
Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus.
Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety codes.
Maintain and renew required licenses and permits as necessary.
