Position Overview
We’re looking for a freelance, design-minded engineer to help us improve conversion across our marketing site and customer funnel — without compromising our brand or visual quality.
Craftwork has a high bar for design. We believe conversion comes from clarity, trust, and craft, not dark patterns or gimmicks. This role is for someone who can improve performance and conversion while making the product feel better, simpler, and more confident.
This is a focused consulting engagement with clear goals, minimal process, and direct collaboration with our founders and product team.
