Overview of your role: As a key member of our team, you will consistently look for innovative ways to increase our volume of new users, collaborating closely with our analytics, paid, and organic acquisition teams to understand the performance of our App Store / Google Play acquisition campaigns and their impact on our key conversion funnels also testing to boost conversions, establishing best practices, documenting results, and assisting with execution.

Your growth: You’ll experience Series A, B in 24-months and become integrated as a full stack organic user acquisition manager covering ASO, SEO and product driven growth You’ll see a 100-people team becoming a 200-people and will grab the rarest opportunity to be in the room where the company’s decisions are planned with founders and business leaders.

Roles and Responsibilities: Optimizing Apps for App Store and Google Play. Create and implement ASO strategy to improve conversion rate. Plan and follow-up on traffic and other marketing initiatives Create and present review and action plans to drive user growth based on your analytical insights. Provide guidelines and recommendations to other stakeholders on how to maximize discoverability and improve conversion rate based on analytics Liaise with Product Marketers and Paid Acquisition teams to ensure the right alignment with their roadmaps, and support our up and coming acquisition campaigns and new features releases.. KPIs, delivery and measurement in-line with core business priorities. Generate performance reports for management. Manage ASO strategy through constant A/B testing and optimization efforts for both Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders to gain insights and identify areas for improvement. Explore new opportunities for user growth including new strategies, channels and partnerships.

Preferred Experience: 3-5 years of organic user acquisition experience Achieved 100k monthly organic installs Got an app featured on Google Play / App Store (preferred)

Compensation: Fixed compensation: INR 12-20L Additional perks and incentives Stocks: INR 25L-50L

Joining Date: 30-60 days, Preference: Joining in 30 days
