What you’ll be doing

As the Head of Growth at SnapEDA, you will drive user engagement on our platform. You will be responsible for leading several teams around the shared goal of driving downloads, in addition to managing key partnerships, and overseeing growth funnels. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with our Operations Manager and Software team, and will have management over the CAD, and social media teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing the CAD, Social Media and Marketing Teams
• Leading and pursuing key partnerships
• Overseeing funnels to drive installations of SnapMagic
• Driving user engagement on our platform
• Using data and product analysis to inform growth strategies
• Pursuing strategic partnerships
• Serving as the main point person for strategic partnerships

• Strong management skills
• Strong analysis, strategy, planning and prioritization skills
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations
• Experience engaging with a technical audience

Requirements

• Proven experience in driving growth
• Experience in a managerial role, leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in SQL and product analysis tools
• Excellent presentation skills and strategic thinking
• Experience with managing and securing partnerships
