Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Relationship Manager at Stayflexi, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive top-notch support and assistance with our platform. Your role will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and helping hoteliers leverage Stayflexi's features to optimize their operations and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with our products, providing step-by-step solutions and guidance.
  • Educate clients on how to use Stayflexi's platform effectively, including the Operations Hub, Sales Hub, Guest Hub, and Payments Hub.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and issues using our CRM system.
  • Assist in the creation of support resources, such as FAQs, guides, and tutorials.
  • Proactively identify potential areas for improvement in customer support processes.
  • Contribute to product development by providing customer feedback and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Empathetic and patient, with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support software is a plus.
  • Basic technical knowledge and ability to understand software products.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
