DigiBuild is looking to hire a Procurement/Construction Manager to join the Customer Support Team. This is a crucial role at the intersection of construction, software, and account management. They will have ownership in managing client and vendor relationships. This person will have some construction experience in a role like: Estimator, Supplier Sales, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Superintendent.

Qualifications: -3+ Years in Construction Management or Building Material Supply Role -Knowledge of building material products, specifications, measurements -Estimating/Takeoff Experienced is needed incluing ability to read blueprints, standard units of measure. -Strong ability to manipulate and organize data in Excel -Previous experience working with software preferred -Quick and eager learner with the ability to improvise solutions to problems -A desire to build a valuable product from the ground up

Responsibilities: Work closely with Customer Support Team on backend tasks which include: Organizing bill of materials - Performing Takeoffs from plans as needed Requesting quotes from suppliers, negotiating prices, and tracking deliveries Provide full team transparency by regularly updating our task management framework Discovering new suppliers our customers can work with Organizing data to import in to software Providing weekly updates at full team meetings regarding client project statuses and summarizing the tasks outstanding Identify and direct dev team to any software bugs Communicate with clients on a regular basis: Own the relationship between DigiBuild and the client company Document and address the clients needs and product feedback Regular check in's to improve value offered to client Proactively stay abreast of issues and effectively prioritize issue resolution.
